By participating in the Enter for a Chance To Win competition (Promotion) you (Entrant) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you cannot participate in the Promotion or be eligible for any prizes offered in the Promotion.
Eligibility
Entry is open to Clipchamp users aged 18 years or older, who enter the Promotion in the required manner as stated in these terms and conditions (Eligible Entrants).
Duration of Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 9.00am AEST on Wednesday 15 September 2021. The Promotion closes at 9.00am AEST on Friday 31 December 2021.

Eligible Entrants must post their video, made with Clipchamp, on social media using #madewithclipchamp
Eligible Entrants will automatically enter the draw for a chance to win 3 months free Clipchamp Business Platinum.
Eligible Entrants may enter as many times as they like.
Entries which are incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible, inappropriate, offensive or incomprehensible will be deemed as invalid.
Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late or lost entries.
The Promotion is free to enter. Any costs associated with accessing the Promotion remain the responsibility of each Entrant.

Selection of Prize Winner
There will be one hundred (100) prize winners drawn randomly during the Promotion Period. The promotion is a Game of Chance. The winners will be determined via random draw. The winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these promotion Conditions of Entry, or forfeiting or not claiming the prize. The draw will take place at Clipchamp Head Office, at Level 1, TC Beirne Centre, 315 Brunswick St, from the promotion period opening to the promotion period closing. The Prize Winners will be contacted via Instagram throughout the competition period. The prize winner must claim the prize by 5.00pm AEST Friday 31st December 2021.
