Clipchamp has integrated with OneDrive – Microsoft’s answer to the web’s ever-expanding desire for cloud storage. Why? Well, it’s one more way to make importing and exporting your video files seamless and secure. In this blog, we’re going to walk you through how it works.
Step 1. Explore OneDrive import
After you’ve logged in or signed up to your Clipchamp account, open the editor to get started. Navigate to your Media Library, then click the OneDrive icon to import your files.
Note: you might be asked to give Clipchamp permissions to access your OneDrive account before you can begin importing files.
Step 2. Select files and import them to the Media Library
Once you’ve gained access to your OneDrive account, find the file/s you’re after, select them and click the Import button to import them into your Media Library in Clipchamp.
Step 3. Edit your video
When your files have finished importing, you can go ahead and drag and drop them to the editing timeline. From here, you can get stuck into your video editing by trimming clips, adding transitions, and creating motion titles.
Step 4. Export your video back to OneDrive
Happy with your video? That means it’s time to export it back to OneDrive. Click the Export button at the top right corner of your screen to start exporting your video. Once you’re there, click the Save to One Drive option on the Export page, choose where in OneDrive you’d like to save it, then click Save. Note: a copy of your video will also be automatically saved to your device.
